How long is a slice of cord?
It depends on many factors including how frequently it was serviced, driving style, etc etc etc

They'll last untill your wallet runs dry, but im guessing you mean without fixing the actual engine, by just giving it a service, and in that sense, it'll mainly depend on how you drive, you could easily blow an engine after 10k miles or yous could make one last 210k, it's down to you mainly

Usually virtually 100k driven very well.
Afterwards this they get smokey and tired.
They practice go along on going for quite chip longer afterwards.

Mine'due south merely had a head rebuild (guides severely worn) at 80k. The lesser terminate's yet going strong though, bores look as good equally new.

Wear is faster when they're cold, 'n Minis tended to do more than short journeys. The other thing is how many engine revs you practise to a mile, later Minis with taller diffs will off-white better.

And those with 2.vii diffs that never become very 3k, that must be very adept for engine life.

Im sure I read somewhere that the pattern life of the engine was 80,000 miles? Mines done very nearly 100k and Id happily drive it anywhere, for any length of time. Just let me down one time in thirty,000 miles and the in one case was my fault

Mines done 135K, runs quiet, no smoke, uses hardly a drib of oil and the oil light goes out direct away. Considering that the last two owners at least drove information technology like a rental that's got to be a miracle
Either that or information technology'due south already been apart at some signal lol

I'chiliad just short of 100k, and its reliable. Call up it's pining for a rebuild though, since it's developed a knock in the final 2k. Goes abroad when warm though, so I reckon I could get some other 10k out of it. Information technology's getting rebuilt though, with become-faster bits in.
